I offer physical exams, medical advice and clearance for all kinds of divers. For recreational physicals, many exams can be completed through a single telehealth visit offered to all patients in the state of California. Commercial and scientific diver physicals will require an IN-PERSON exam in the San Francisco Bay area.

List of available services and prices are below. For more information on each exam, visit For Patients page:

• Recreational Physical - $200 for telehealth. Additional $200 if in-person visit required
• Commercial Physical - $500
       Includes in-person exam, required tests (EKG, audiogram, PFT/spirometry and facilitation of labs and chest x-ray if needed
• Scientific Diver or Public Safety Diver - $400

 

I am also available for medical director or DMO services for interested dive teams or dive companies. Please contact me for further discussion.

 

All fees are payable by Venmo or Square prior to your visit.

 

I do not currently accept insurance. I am happy to provide appropriate documentation to submit for reimbursement to your insurance company.

Flexible Telehealth: Most recreational physicals (for a basic open water course or upcoming liveaboard trip)  can be completed by video visit in the State of California.
